1. How to order:

Simply choose your desired product, then click the “Add To Basket” button. You can adjust the numbers, add new things, and/or remove items from the shopping “Basket.”

You are required to input specific information in the “Check Out” section so that we can make sure that the purchased product gets to you and so that we can get in touch with you by phone and/or email if there are any issues with your order that need to be resolved. Naturally, all of your information will be treated in confidence.

2. Schedule for Delivery

Following the prompt processing of your order, shipment will typically occur within 5 days of the payment’s reception. Occasionally, the delivery may be delayed due to extenuating circumstances. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will email you a confirmation with the estimated delivery date. You can cancel your order with just a simple reply email if you find this unacceptable.

3. No risk purchasing

For whatever reason, you can return a GD Anatomicals product to us for a refund within ten days after purchase if it is still in its original packaging and includes a copy of the invoice. Please request an order number in advance by phone or mail. Unfortunately, without an order number, we cannot accept returns.
